The Subterranean in Chicago

The Subterranean is one of the coolest clubs I've ever seen. The Foghorns showed up there on a cold, nasty Sunday in February. We had a host for the weekend, Don Bartlett, writer for Chicago Innerview Magazine, and overall man-about-town.

He showed us the town, and then we headed out and got our stuff on stage and listened to the bands Jeff Freeling and the Rock Squad, and Pool of Frogs.

When we got on stage, I blew out my amp, but the soundperson was a ninja and fixed everything, and we just kind of guessed together a set. The crowd was, to me, amazing, especially given the weather and the time, (midnight on a Sunday). BART
